Camps are such an amazing ministry opportunity. I hope you will make time in your busy ministry schedule to make camps a priority. I personally think camps are one of the most important things you can make time for. I could be a bit biased because that’s coming from someone who was called into ministry at camp. But I really believe being away from my “real life” as a student allowed me to see that God loved me and that my adult leader cared about me and the direction my life was headed. Camp is such a great place to pour into people’s lives whether that person is in the 3rd grade or 28 years old. Where else can you spend a block of time with someone eating, playing, and worshiping multiple times a day than at camp?! Please make camp a priority in your ministry!
